Goal (Long):
My goal is to gain 38 Lbs from 142# to 180#, then cut/rip to 175 Lbs. Start date: Jan 1, 2007. Target date: is May 2008. I want to gain mass first, then cut the body fat. I am 38 years old. I have a goal to enter an ameture masters body building competition.

I do stiff legged on a box, and then go up in weight and do a couple sets without the box. I think I just need to go up in weight and turn up the intensity.
