Background

When I Started: Sep 1992
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out at the age of fourteen. I enrolled in a C.H.A.M.P.S afterschool program at my former high school. Ever since then, I fell in love with bodybuilding and started gaining data on the activity. I still work out to this very day.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out when I'm pissed or tense as if calms me. I feel as though all that negative energy I have been channeling has been released. I enjoy it due to it's addicting nature. I also take pleasure in bodybuilding/exercising because it's my motto. In stereotypical slang terms, itz meh **** playa!

My Motivation Program

I stay motivated by reading a Harvey Walden's NO EXCUSES fitness book. Also, I remind myself that I ever want to lift four times my body weight and become an endurance athlete, I have to stay devoted to my work outs. On other terms, I also have a small little black plastic hand gripper that I use.
