How I Started:
Turned 21 and partied a lot while doing zero physical activity. I got out of shape and did not want to remain that way, both appearance and health-wise.
Why I Love It:
I like to feel strong / healthy and having a nice body is pretty cool too.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing what my body looks/feels like if I let my self go, haha.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 150 @ 18% body fat to 158 @ 10% body fat in 12 weeks. This is what really got me started and enjoying working out.
