"No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training...what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." - Socrates (Even though Socrates was the Devil himself, still a good quote.)
The approach could be best described as a "near-ketosis" diet. Just as Dr. Atkins and Dr. Sears believe, DiPasquale says that the high-carbohydrate intake of most Americans is what's making them fat, not dietary fat itself. When carbs make up the bulk of your diet, you burn glucose...
i keep somewhat of a workout journal but i havent posted it on BB.com.
what are your goals?? tell me what your goals are and what your currently doing to reach them, including diet, and ill do what i can to make corrections
when i was 210 i was overweight man. High BF%, not sure what it was but it was all fat no muscle. I changed that. Im a personal trainer, im happy to give advice what exactly is your question??
I don't think i could run as fast as i used to...at least not at the moment. Im hoping to sign up for some races soon and get my times back down to where they were.
Whats the acceleration like on one of those? And whats the top speed youve done on it?
I was doing some early morning cardio, running down country lanes near my house and i heard this gorgeous blue r1 coming from about a mile away. SO LOUD! It mustve been doing atleast 100mph round blind corners. And he did a small jump over this small hill. Absoloutly tearing around the corners and overtaking cars on corners. Was so dangerous but awesome to watch.
Hey! Thanks for the add. As you already know your body will adapt whatever you're constantly doing. So, every 3 months or so of cutting calories, I will increase my intake. Currently, I am eating on average 10000 calories for 5 days. I trick my body by cycling the calories. On Monday, I would consume 2500, Tuesday 2000, Wednesday 1500, etc.
The goal is to keep the body guessing.
Oh PS. YEs sex drive is fantastic. Always was pretty good though...just repressed.

Hey Captain, I would do roids if I had the chance. Unfortunately that day has not come yet. About the loose skin issues, yes, I had a tummy tuck. This removed the skin...not the fat. No lipo was done. I am very particular that people are clear on this. Skin is skin and anything over a 75 lb weight loss is likey to become an issue. Thanks for your nice compliments. Yes it has been a long road back, but an enjoyable one. Take care. :)
