Hey wassup! I see you've been making good progress and sticking to it. Great Job! I just finished building me a in house gym in the basement. I haven't been on here much but I'm still at it. I haven't been after weight lost, but building lean mass. I have dropped a lot of body fat and put on some good weight. I plan to start keto around February so im eating big and hitting it hard until then.

Hey wassup! Im doing good. I added some good weight this winter. Im about to start keto diet for the spring. I see u still looking like the hulk. How are things goin for you.

Wassup! I'm still training hard, I havent been focusing on losing weight. I have been eating right and lifting hard and getting lots of clean calories. Im putting on the right weight and the bad weight has been coming off.

Wassup! I have been working hard, just haven’t been on here much. Working, school and the gym take all my time. I have a good trainer and I been focusing on putting on lean mass this fall and winter. I have put on 15 pounds so I am doing good. Lean body mass is 220 now and I weigh 295. I plan to chop away the bad in the spring.

Wassup man im back. Work made it impossible to do much of anything this summer. But I didn't gain weight and now im back at it. How was your summer?

I took the week off didnt lift. Rest has seemed to help im not sore and my right trap has grown some it seems or maybe its my imagination but it feels like it is catching up qith the left. I have been getting plenty of protein and rest all week. Could it be that the left heald and rebuilt faster than the right. And if so i wonder why it was so sore and the right wasnt.

Yeah the left side hurts and seems to get more stimulation even before the pain started.

Training is going good. Im having a little problem. My left trap and lat is growing more than my right and it's so all the time. Im trying to figure out how to fix the problem any suggestions?

Do cardio 1 hr 5 days per week. YOu can start out with just a brisk walk at 3.5 mph on the treadmill. THen set goal try to jog at that speed for 2mins then walk for 2mins to catch your breath. And slowly increase your jog time. I know cardio sucks and it hurts but it is needed. MAke sure you taking some cardio supps like fish oil or omega 3.
