How I Started: Well my father was in very good shape and had a great physique and I wanted to be big and strong like him.Also football,I want to be big and strong for football obviously.
Why I Love It: I love it because it's fun,takes alot of work,and i love to see improvment.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing other people like the pros getting better and bigger every year and
listening to music.
BB Accomplishments: To get 21 1/2 inch arms and benc press 450lbs and to be 5% body fat or less by the time im 19.

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Gain more mass without gainin fat.
Goal (Long): I want to gain more overall mass in my whole body but mostly in my weak points like my chest,triceps and hams.I also want to cut down on my body fat.I would like to bench 450 by the time i turn 19.

Whadup B, It already looks like you're well on your way to a solid chest: with those bench stats and measurements. The only other thing I can add, is to focus mainly on the core exercises for now. In regards to chest only, I would focus mainly on Decline and Incline bench, rather than flat. I would also ensure that I am doing some High Intensity blood volume work, more so than moving the heavy weight. I'm a firm believer in quality reps, over heavy reps. Hope this helps a bit....
