How I Started:
Well I've always been into sports since high school but I feel off after I got married. Due to being comfortable etc but I made up in my mind to develop my body so that I could get back into martial arts. 80% of getting started is your mindset the other 20% is the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me a sense of accomplishment. Also because I see it as being time to myself where I'm focused on myself. You only get out what you put in.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body change is motivation and seeing many of my family members with health problems because of their weight.
