Workout Program:
April 14, 2008: began a 5X5 routine just a week ago, and can see gains already! I'm working out 2-3 times a week, doing only deads, squats, benches, militaries, rows, and ab work - NOT everthing mentioned each workout, except for abs. If I can't get to the racks / benches I need due to gym overcrowding, I substitute: machine squats for rack squats, dumbell rows for deads / barbells rows, dumbell benches for barbell.
