How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
About 30 seconds. I rest only long enough to catch my breat: I hate to waste time, and like to get some cardo benefit.

That's the spirit!! I can sympathize with you, though. At 5pm I'm saying I'm ready for the gym tonight. At 8pm I'm going "I'm too darn pooped". I admire the folks who can work out at 5am. :)
