Build as much muscle mass as my body will hold, then trim bodyfat down to about 15%. I want to be a mass monster! :-) I want a body that scares thugs away, not one that wins contests.
April 14, 2008: began a 5X5 routine just a week ago, and can see gains already! I'm working out 2-3 times a week, doing only deads, squats, benches, militaries, rows, and ab work - NOT everthing mentioned each workout, except for abs. If I can't get to the racks / benches I need due to...
That's the spirit!! I can sympathize with you, though. At 5pm I'm saying I'm ready for the gym tonight. At 8pm I'm going "I'm too darn pooped". I admire the folks who can work out at 5am. :)
