I completed an Ironman triathlon in 2001. After many struggles with injuries and a downward spiral of motivation, I gained 15lbs of fat and couldn't run 10 miles to save my life. With new aspirations of being more buff than ever, I started to take my fitness seriously again in December of 2006.
Why I Love It:
I like the idea of strength from the inside being manifested on the outside.
How I Stay Motivated:
A glance in the mirror or a smile from my wife.
BB Accomplishments:
...give me some time.

There are only two ways to come out of battle: with the head of an enemy or without your own.
ALIVE!!!!!! Yes, I am. Really! ...and it feels good to be here. :)
While I have had the time to surf around bb.com lately, I haven't had much time to say hello or track my workouts in my log. What can I say? I am busy. I'm up at 6, working by 6:30, home at 5, play with my son...
