I always warm-up for about 5-15mins on the treadmill, rower or x-trainer. When I'm done I usually stretch for 10mins.
Monday - Chest & Core (60mins)
Tuesday - Biceps & triceps (60mins) & PT session (30mins)
Wednesday - Lower body (90mins)
Thursday - Back & Shoulders (60mins)
Friday - Uphill walking (30mins) & PT Session (30mins)
Saturday - 5km alternating run/walk (30mins)
Sunday - Rest
