How I Started:
I was a gymnast for 13 years and ended up having to quit due to a knee energy and ended up having surgery. i have gained 18 pounds in the two years after quiting gymnastics. I hope to be in better shape then before and be ready to compete by october!
Why I Love It:
i love the way it makes me feel. and i love the look of having muscles. if it was easy wouldnt everyone have a nice body?

What would you try to do if you knew you would not fail?
Omg ok so late october I decided to start dieting for a show in march. Ihad a tariner and I was seeing amazing results. Was sooo close tohaving a six pack lost 15 pounds and didnt even cheat during the holidays. About 6 weeks before competition I went on vaca and could not follow my diet...

With your friends you just have to set the standard and dont give in. Once you say "no" so many times to drinking or eating fast food, they will just quit asking. Sure, they'll give you a hard time about eating weird stuff, but you'll have the killer body and they wont! Just stay strong and don't let them drag u down. Pick a goal and just do it!
I'd love to see you succeed in your goals. I can imagine a lot of what is holding you back is your social life. Too busy to work out, and hanging out with friends, maybe going out to eat and drinking? That was my problem in the beginning. At first I would start off slow, so you set yourself up to succeed. Pick one thing that you will strictly avoid (i.e. chocolate) or promise to go to the gym X number of times each week. As you get in a routine you can add more goals.Good luck, girl!
