that delt injury shouldn't be too serious if you give yourself a week's rest.. you'll be back bigger and stronger, specially if your training buddy is a firefighter! lol.. thanks for the feedback, I can always bounce a few ideas off you :)
haha, yeah I hear ya.. sleep is beneficial for recovery.. enjoy those 10 hours as long as you can..LOL. I recently moved so my training got messed up tho I started again this week :)

i have found no gym and i have to be in athletics to use my schools, so i am not alowed im using wii fit andim using body wheight excecies till i can find one, maybe ill find one when i go to collage
School is over for now, so U of T cut the membership (some ****ed up **** where i have to take and pay for summer courses to be allowed into the gym) so i am signing up for Adrenalin (where its 20% bodybuilders) tomorrow and become the bottom of the food chain again
