My Grandmother told me buy a dumbbell , I could only afford one but I stuck with it a 15 pounder was all I had.
Why I Love It:
Because I do , its not something I think about doing its clockwork it fits into my life

I don't , some people play basketball some people do squats.

Didn't get to do much because of work , Ive been trying different ab routines and walking more. Chest gains have went up though ..as well as tricep response to training. Its August so summer is kinda done for me anyway , now its time to try and pack on some weight by December and decide If...

that delt injury shouldn't be too serious if you give yourself a week's rest.. you'll be back bigger and stronger, specially if your training buddy is a firefighter! lol.. thanks for the feedback, I can always bounce a few ideas off you :)

haha, yeah I hear ya.. sleep is beneficial for recovery.. enjoy those 10 hours as long as you can..LOL. I recently moved so my training got messed up tho I started again this week :)

i have found no gym and i have to be in athletics to use my schools, so i am not alowed im using wii fit andim using body wheight excecies till i can find one, maybe ill find one when i go to collage

School is over for now, so U of T cut the membership (some ****ed up **** where i have to take and pay for summer courses to be allowed into the gym) so i am signing up for Adrenalin (where its 20% bodybuilders) tomorrow and become the bottom of the food chain again
