As a fellow Canadian I just thought that I would drop by and wish you much success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife and I (her bodyspace name is judimax) did Body for Life, which is a 12-week program, and we had good results. Always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and believe in your own inner strength. I wish you all the best of the season and look forward to seeing your progress in ’08.
