How I Started:
I started seeing an Ex-boyfriend who is really into working out. It wasnt long before I decided that I wanted to share that LOVE he had for lifting. It only took a month or so before I was obsessed with it! Now its a 6 day a week thing!
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results. I feel so strong, like I can take on ANYTHING!! It gives me confidence in everything I do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Oddly enough, I really get motivated by checking out other girls!! Like Sports Illustrated Swim suit, girls on BB.com (ps.ChickenTuna-YOU ROCK), Fitness magazines, FHM, Maxim.. You name it, if its got Fit chicks in it, its most likely my motivation!
BB Accomplishments:
7/11/2009 I accomplished my first un-assisted pull-up. Took me awhile to build up my back so that it was strong enough to pull up my long heavy legs!

Your BF is outdated, but certainly should be much lower, right? You have a lovely body. Do not lose control neither femininity with excess male muscle. This is just my opinion.
