I really got started lifting weights after I lost 70 some pounds and realized under all that fat I really was just a fraile skinny guy. So now I want to bulk up and become huge.
Why I Love It:
I simpley love it because it releases stress and boosts my confidence level.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking of how a true champion never gives up and always gives it their all no matter what!
BB Accomplishments:
73 pushups in a minute
Losing 70 pounds over the course of 2 years
Also the first time I learned I can actually do Pullups Yeah!!!
I want to have clearly defined pecs and six pac by next summer.
Goal (Long):
Well in the next four months I would like to add 2 inches to my arms and overall just bulk up. 75 pushups would be cool too in a minute or under. The last big goal in tha amount of months is to get down to 7% body fat.
