How I Started:
I was looking at my body and was unhappy with what I was looking at. The next day was a whole new day for me. I decided what goals would be right for me and started going for them.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling during and after every workout. Its just euphoric. Especially being able to note your gains and being able to see your body transform right in front of your eyes, and knowing its all because you are working hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping positive and not giving up. Nothing can ever be accomplished in life if you give up.

I want to see what I can personally achieve with my body. Id like to be able to look at myself in a mirror and know that I worked hard for what Ive got, I didnt just sit around and hope for it to happen. Id like to reach 160 pounds with around 7% body fat or less. Id also like to be able to start running further without having to worry about injury, because its happened before. Keeping up with my heated yoga class will also help with the production of muscle and loss of fat. I just need to keep motivated and keep moving on.
