I am completely self motivated. It just makes me feel real good about myself, Keeps my energy levels high, and for me its just plain fun.

well, i've been workiing out but my diet has slumped. Now my wife wants to lose weight so we can get all the good foods and none of the bad. Planning on getting diet back on track next paycheck and get this stomach i've developed under control.

Form:
Squats look good (keep looking forward don't look down)
Bench - OK don't round shoulders at the end stick chest out shoulders back
deadlifts - yikes don't round back you could injure yourself.
