i have taken O.N for about 8 months now, good product. but want to try somthing new, discovered Higher power whey islolate for about the same price and has higher protien per serving. stand by for a review.

Form: Squats look good (keep looking forward don't look down) Bench - OK don't round shoulders at the end stick chest out shoulders back deadlifts - yikes don't round back you could injure yourself. Music - awesome!
