Asof two months ago I weighed 240 now I am 202 right now I am cutting my body fat percentage hoping to get it down to around 10% within the next 6 months, then I plan on clean bulking until I reach a physique I am happy with.
I would like to lose fat and gain muscle. I wish to shape my body nicely and lose some weight. Overall I would like to get in shape, a really nice shape:)
