i eat a lot of lean proteins, lots of veggies and try to eat as much complex carbs as possible.

7 meals per day = 2 small breakfasts. one large lunch. 1 afternoon snack. One workout meal. One large dinner and one small snack before bed. About 3300 cals +/- 300. and 170 g of protein +/- 20 g's. If you are looking to lose weight, you could eat six meals per day and make it a small lunch and dinner and wipe out that nightime snack. good luck!
