Unfort I lost another 5 lbs camping. This is after a chest and back day at the gym...I'm going to eat like a madman to regain that weightloss and then some.
Original: I want to be able to bench 225 and run a marathon at the same time.
Current: Gain 20 lbs and trim 2% off my BF. Bench 250.
Goal (Long):
Ok. My original goal was to be able to bench 225 and then run a marathon. Not to do them at the exact same time! Since then, my goals have shifted a bit. Right now, I am looking to gain 20 lbs up to 185 and trim 2% from my bodyfat (which currently stands at 14% +/-). This will allow me to bench at least 250, which is my next long term lifting goal. This means I gotta eat and lift like crazy for at least the next year or so.
great work. Now maintain and explore what your body is able to do...go rock climbing, kayaking, do yoga, do a decathalon, a trithalon, a marathon. You have obviously worked hard. Now is the time to have some fun.
Because I was in her shoes at one point...and I thought I was motivated! She seems to have a proactive, positive, forward thinking view on life and all I can say is wow. Keep it up! You ARE inspiration.
Can't determine the reason for my left shoulder hurting but its been killing me every time i lift. It doesn't matter what muscle group i am working out, it just seems to hurt whenever I use my arms for anything, even if I am not focusing on my shoulders. I traditionally don't work out the...
