A great way to lose bodyfat and get into shape is by following the free 12 week Body for Life program. It has excellent nutrition, weightlifting and cardio programs. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks and I lost over 50 Lbs in the same time period. We were amazed at the results and you may be too.
