How I Started:
I was a runner in highschool and the coach made us lift weights as part of our training. I ended up really liking lifting weight, that I stopped running and focused more on lifting and trying to gain some weight.
Why I Love It:
Like many other bodybuilders, I love the pump!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have to see constant progress, to accomplish that I have to keep on working out.

Just the fact that I have come a long way from where I started is a big accomplishment for me.

6 Gold Potatoes a day, 4oz- 6oz of chicken 6 times a day. Oatmeal in the morning. 6 eggs and 6 egg whites. Before bed 2 peanutbutter sandwiches and a glass of milk.
