How I Started:
My brother. I always used to see him and his friends working out since I was a little kid. I was sick of being the fat kid that got made fun of on the playground so when I turned 12 I asked for a weight set and ever since I have been growing. I also play hockey and that is a very physically demanding sport. So I work to improve my game and to stay healthy.
Why I Love It:
It feels so great to have those couple hours working out to yourself. You can workout and chill and listen to your ipod for a few hours and while your resting for your set you can look at the environment around you. The results always make you come back for more.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wanted to be in special forces back when I was 11 and 12, but with failing health and surgeries, I was unable to join the military. So at the age of 14 I had to change plans so now I am training while I attend film school.

Trying to still gain some mass after another surgery on my stomach. Lookin to increase speed and strength.
Goal (Long):
I lost alot of mass, especially during my hockey season I am not able to workout as much as I normally do and I burn alot of calories even during an hour practice. It sucks but my body adapts really well to getting back to my workout and I should have no problem gaining some mass back.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

I was starting to, Now I have an abscessed tooth so Im getting that fixed Friday and maybe finally I can get this party started! Ive been doin well on diet tho, and I was feeling better.
