How I Started:
My brother. I always used to see him and his friends working out since I was a little kid. I was sick of being the fat kid that got made fun of on the playground so when I turned 12 I asked for a weight set and ever since I have been growing. I also play hockey and that is a very physically demanding sport. So I work to improve my game and to stay healthy.
Why I Love It:
It feels so great to have those couple hours working out to yourself. You can workout and chill and listen to your ipod for a few hours and while your resting for your set you can look at the environment around you. The results always make you come back for more.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wanna be in special forces someday and follow in the footsteps of most of my family members.

Goal (Long):
I lost alot of mass, especially during my hockey season I am not able to workout as much as I normally do and I burn alot of calories even during an hour practice. It sucks but my body adapts really well to getting back to my workout and I should have no problem gaining some mass back.
Everybody who I compete against in hockey tournaments, games, or whatever. Always ask for the workout routine I do. Well as much as I would like to give them my booklet AkA The Bible to try and better them, I can't. The routine I have was created specifically for my goals and my athletic...

I've had the most fun times upstage and knowing that accomplishing my goal with the hard work that I put, it's really an exhilarating feeling! By the way, looking good there! You know the benches you do Incline Chest Presses/Flyes? or the decline bench you can do crunches on? Lay on it, grab the bench over your head and lift your legs. If you don't understand...google it :-)
