Well I used to work out before I got pregnant again. SO now that my son is born I got all this weight I need to lose.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, especially on weights, I feel so much better after doing weights. It makes my whole body feel alive, maybe thats weird. But its my personal time away from everything. I would love to be a body builder, but I have a ways to go before looking like it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out is no problem for me, its the diet i need the motivation for. Its hard to stick to eating certain foods when everyone around you is eating fried foods. But maybe me not eating it will help them to eat better aswell.
BB Accomplishments:
SO far down to 162...Im going slow but at least the fat is coming off. :)

What Calista Is Up To:
Aug 27, 2009
Calistais inspired by ChickenTuna. Reason: "Your 41,an look GREAT! You BUST YOUR ASS to stay fit, an dont make excuses for not worken out. "
Calistaupdated Fit Status "Ok, I need so much support its not funny, I have went from a 150 to 169, All my progress down the drain since my surgery, an quit smoking"
I've always been a big girl and I love body building, I've never done it seriously but working with weights is what I enjoy, and while my husband is deployed I want to transform my entire body. I want MUSCLE and to lose fat. Im fine being big, but Im curious how far I can get. I have 6-7 months, and Im gonna push myself as hard as I can, I have the time to do it.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
SO far no ones. I dont really care for how celebrities look. THeir all just skinny, the women are at least and I dont want to be skinny. I want to look strong and lean. Thats my goal.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
No

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I think sometimes maybe they train to hard, or they aren't lifting right and they use their back instead of their legs.
Well its been 4 weeks since my surgery and I got 2 more to go before I am supposed to start doing anything in the gym. I think Ill start back going monday though, do something light to get back in rythem. I also quit smoking so now I got added weight from doing nothing. Hopefully my progress...
wow, that tattoo is motivation itself, its amazing! Regain the intensity and drive you once had and you will get to your goal! The best of luck and many blessings!
