Put up some progress pics and some info about your goals! You'd be surprised what you see in your progress pics over a couple of weeks and also what shows up in photos that you don't notice in the mirror. Keep on being awesome and have a great weekend!

Thanks! Yesterday I had 2 hav emergency oral surgery 2 extract 1 of my wisdom teeth do 2 absession and infection! Needless 2 say Dat my diet and workout schedule has suffered 4 da last 2 days. Dis wks progress pix may be disappointing. I do plan 2 hit HARD and STRONG once I know dat I'm in da clear. So given dat bit of info I still would like 2 have feed back GOOD or BAD when I do my weigh in and progress pix on Sunday! Keep up UR hard work so dat I will be envious of ur progress!
