Goal (Overall):
I'm starting to get older and becoming less active. I want to exercise regularly and eat cleaner. I want to get down to 185 lbs or lower while not looking too skinny. Appearing weak is not an option.
Goal (Long):
I have never really exercised consistently except back in high school and that was only for sports. After high school, life, a wife and three kids, I have let myself go. I have an erratic work schedule and an even more hectic home schedule. I love to cook and eat and that has led to my current condition. I want to do this with minimal use of supplements and want to stay injury-free.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 19 lb

Maximum amout in one minute with good form

Lower back, went heavy form went to crap. I didn't lift for like three years

Workout Program:
Started a new program with the aid of a personal trainer, basically it's the TNT plan, only have to lift three times (Mon, Wed, Fri) a week and cardio (AKA sprints) on tue and thur, so far so good. No losing any weight but am noticing increased muscle mass and definition.
