For those who don't know, I follow High Intensity Training principals. It's the absolute greatest program of all time. Unfortunately, it'll be years and years before people smarten up. Hell, it may never happen. I find it so funny when you see all the "transformations" on bodybuilding.com's front page. They've all lost fat, which is great, but they've hardly put on any muscle. I was at 265lb at my heaviest. I wasn't fat by any means, I looked like a power lifter. However, I decided after 2 years of bulking, it was time to drop some weight. Well, I cut out all milk, got on whey isolate, and at this point I've lost almost 25lbs. I look a hell of a lot bigger with the definition, so that's a big plus. I'm aiming for 230lbs. I don't think I'll be able to see my abs, but I'll be damn close. Honestly, at this point, I just want to be a bigger version of Bane... Go to BodyBlog
