yup, my best friends on the team.. at a 100m sprint, the sistas burnt me every freikin time!! i learned so much about how to run but it all about the leg devlopement id tell them i cant EVEN get my legs that perfectly muscular and powerful!! :)

h my god you got my bench, leg pres squat and deadlift beat...!! Oh my god your legs are crazy strong!! no fair u a sista!! hehe when i went to school i used to race with the track girls to learn how to breath for runningthe bases in baseball.. take a guess who outran me?? :)
