Breaking plateaus, and knowing that if I puke during a workout, it means I need to get better.
BB Accomplishments:
Setting a SPF juniors division state and national record for raw bench, deadlift, push/pull total. Repping 405 for 7 on the bench.

Lift in the elite level on the Big Three. Run 3 miles in under 20 minutes. Also maintaining 10-12% bodyfat would be nice...but no a priority.
