How I Started:
Three days a week I would go in and run a little and mess around with different machines. I didn't start getting into it until about three months into the membership. Then I started to focus on nutrition, supplements, having a solid routine, and setting goals and achieveing them.
Why I Love It:
I get to let out all that anger and put it to good use for my health and mental well-being.
How I Stay Motivated:
Changing my routine constantly over the span of six weeks.
BB Accomplishments:
Calf press maxed out 1080 for 8 reps. I may have to add a belted weight to the rest of it.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulders. I would have scarring over my shoulders and sometimes it would hurt to stretch them. Glutamine and staying off shoulder moves for a week.
