Brian92028 Greetings Caleb! The NASM course is the course to start with if you do not have much of a background in physiology. NASM pushes you with a time line to get the test done as well - a good thing. The CSCS I just got the books I can tell is far more comprehensive. It also requires an accredited undergraduate degree to take the exam. Jun 23, 2009 7:15am
