I started exercising as part of a Boy Scout requirement, earned my Eagle Scout, I enjoyed the rush and disciple I got from it, so I kept doing it.
Why I Love It:
Making progress, knowing I'll live healthier longer than other people, knowing I'll be able bodied to do the things I love when I'm old, like 30. JK

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Standing barbell, 3x12, with a bungee cord on each side for added resistance.
I alternate, 2 weeks on 2 week off, with seated DB curl, 3x18. Try it, you see why I like it.

Cable push or press downs: straight bar, rope, one arm, I alternate between all 3 in my route them.

Greetings Caleb! The NASM course is the course to start with if you do not have much of a background in physiology. NASM pushes you with a time line to get the test done as well - a good thing. The CSCS I just got the books I can tell is far more comprehensive. It also requires an accredited undergraduate degree to take the exam.
