Overall Goal: My goals are, be 170 at sub 5% bodyfat(yeah I know), 55 dead hang pullups(lockout on each rep in under 60 seconds), 15:30 3 mile run time, clean and press my bodyweight for a set of 10, squat 2x my body weight for 20 reps

I was tired of being fat, and my back was always hurting. It was really a comic book that decided me... I looked at a character in a book and was like, you will never be in that kinda shape. It pissed me off, not just because of the book, but I never wanted to be made fun of for being fat again.
Why I Love It:
I feel better after each workout. I THINK I look better. I don't get tired or hurt as easily as I use to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to say I TRY harder than anyone... I don't see why someone else can do something I can't.
BB Accomplishments:
I came from 200 LBS at 12 years old and about 39% BF to around 155LBS and 7% BF

Goal (Long):
55 pull-ups in a single set, my current max is 39 with a vest. I want to run 3 miles in under 15:30, my life best is 17:53 I think.. I kinda forget, it was years ago, just under 18 min.
