When I Started:
Jan, 2005
How I Started:
After my divorce. I decided to redo my body. I had always been thin from biking and running and decided I wanted a new look.
Why I Love It:
Because I love feeling great. I love the fix from hitting new goals, more weight, higher set, etc. I like looking in the mirror and being happy with the way I look.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out with my brother (who works my butt off) and wanting to look and feel great!
BB Accomplishments:
Im about 70% of the way to my original goal. My body weight is at 170lb and cut but I am still under my 185lb goal. Almost all my work out weights are up 50% or more since I started.
Besides Gaining the wait I would like to restructure my workouts as I get closer to my weight goal and go back to biking and Running. I use to be able to run a 5 min mile and would like to at least get my mile times back under 6 min. along with some consistant biking. I like to be in shape all around and not just in one area. Besides the weight gain I want to keep my waist line under 32" all the time and get my bench up to 225lbs for 10 reps.
I started just over 4 years ago trying to rebuild my body from a skinny runner/biker body into a 185lb cut muscular frame. I started out at 140lbs after dropping 20lbs due to some problems in 2004. I rebounded to 160 and then climbed to 175lbs but my body fat level was going up a...
3 main workouts a week. Back and Shoulders, Chest, and Legs, Stomach I add on to all of my workouts and Aerobic exercise I also add on through out the week usually by biking or jogging. Im still getting use to the Workout tracker on here but hopefully my detailed workouts are available on...
