hi suz!! thanks so much for checking up on me i stopped cardio right now and am bulking up because sept 28 im joining a biggest loser contest its 8 weeks and the winner gets 5,000 and one year free membership to the gym and all kinds of other goodies.....how are you doing and how you goals coming along?
