How I Started:
I used to be the ultimate party girl. Loved beer and late night trips to White Castle. I was also very overweight and although I hid it well, I was very unhappy. One day I went to the gym with my friend on a guest pass and changed into a new person. Who needs beer and fast food when you can have protein shakes and chicken? :)
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body change and learning new things about nutrition and working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of the person I was 2 years ago and I know I never want to be that way again. I dream about being up on a stage showing off my hard earned body! I'll be there one day!!

Hey, is mitotropin and cytolean good? I'm trying to lean down but very unmotivated- my idea is if i get a good fat burner i will be forced to diet well so i don't waste my money on the fat burner. Thanks in advance.
