Hey you! Long time no talk! My Christmas was great, ate way to much though lol. Time to get back on track! I am headed to Calgary on Tuesday to get my ass kicked by my new trainer, he is going to get my program set up for my preperation for BC's, I am stoked! You should come! This is going to be my year I know it! How is your training coming along? Your back is HUGEEEEEE!

Your a sweet heart :) Thank you. Eat very clean meals every 2.5-3 hrs, do 1 hour of cardio 5 times a week and lift weights at least 4 times a week :)

Hey! Training is going great! I am off to Jamaica in 11 days for a swimsuit shoot so there might be some new opportunities for magazine features, I guess we will just have to wait and see :)
