I was always a smallish kid, but late highschool I naturally gained some muscle and decided I wanted some more.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it's a release for tension.
I love MMA because when you're in a fight, only two people in the world exist.
How I Stay Motivated:
For working out, my teammates and my wife.
For MMA, my teammates and the knowledge that somewhere there is an opponent training to crack my skull, and I'd better put in more time than he does.
BB Accomplishments:
I was ~200lbs at my wedding 5/16/05. I now weigh 150lbs, and I plan to drop and fight at 145-135lbs.
I want to develop a more intimidating physique, and back it up with enhaced agility and striking power for Mixed Martial Arts.
Goal (Long):
I want to lean down to less than 8% body fat.
I want improve my record as a cagefighter and avenge my loss.
I want to develop my body with more perfect symmetry, especially top to bottom, posterior delts, and traps.
I want to hone the kind of mental toughness that can keep me from getting rattles when a fight doesn't go as planned.
I want to make time to develop my physique despite training in MMA fight days a week.
Most of all, I want to be able to inspire my friends and family to embrace fitness as a real and achievable goal in life.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
