How I Started:
I was hooked on cardio but wasn't seeing the results I wanted so I got a personal trainer who taught me the awesome ways of weight lifting. I've been training for about 2 years but have only been going at it hard with real goals in mind for about 6 months.
Why I Love It:
I love how strong its made and being able to see the changes in my body. Its given me confidence and fires me up everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
By switching it up. If I keep things interesting and mix it up every few weeks I never get bored.
I really want a body that I can be proud of. Strong, healthy and ripped to bits.
And if I can get to a 100lb bench that'd be the icing on the cake I am currently not allowed to have!
I keep messing up my diet. I just...grrr I don't know. Ok thats not true, I do know. I'm a recovering bulimic with a shedload of external pressures going on at the moment - which I thought by now I'd be able to deal with without sliding back into bad ways. Not so much the last few weeks....
mine shape up faster than I could say Curl, but my abs are another story, I have to eat clean, cardio, work them out and pray, just to see a line... ugh
Thanks. I train 5 days, one day active rest day (I work on posing), and play sleep catch up on Sundays :) you arms looks fine, try to hit it in all three ranges of motions to get more separation.
