I've badly sprained my ankle..it's purple and blue and all kinds of yucky stuff. I'm still working out hard, but I'm having a tough time prepping for my show with this stupid ankle..

I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 following BFL also in the same 12 weeks. I have found that you get the best results by following a well-designed program such as Body for Life. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
