Goal (Long):
All my life I have been called the little guy. I started to look at myself and I decided wanted to feel good when I took my shirt off, I was 115lbs 2 years ago, was 151lbs on the 1st of Janurary 2009. When I arrived to the Desert for my second deployment I decided this was a great time to start being serious. I have gain over 25lbs so far in under 3 months, my Sets for just flat bench, has gone from 3 sets of 4-6 reps of 135 to 235! I havent MAX out and going to wait to the last week in April to try. I have 3 more weeks of bulking up and then I am going to Increase my sets from 3 to 4, and my reps from target 4-6 to 8-12. I am almost 180lbs, after cutting down what I have to cut down, Starting April 1st till April 30th. I want to achieve an overall body weight of 170lbs lean with a nice define 6 pack. T

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
I consume a Blister pack of Plasma Jet on prescribed days 2-3 hours prior to workout, and 30-45 mins prior I consume 2-3 scoops of Super Pump 250!!
