How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
About a minute. I do want my muscles to have enough time to completely relax, but I still want to give them enough rest in order to get the max amount of weight during each set.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
My budget is tight, so I concentrate on the least expensive foods possible.
I eat two granola bars on my way to the gym every morning, with a bottled water to wash them down.
Around 9am, I try to eat 20 grams of protein, in one form or another.
Lunch, once again, I try to eat a good amount of protein, and keep carbs to a minimum, but not cut them out entirely.

So I entered a % weight loss contest at work with 2 other guys. Probably a dumb move being I'm the smallest in the competition. One guy is 6'7" and 294lbs, the other is 5'11" and 212lbs. I'm 5'8" and 180lbs. So, I really have my work cut out for me. I figured if I can push myself...
