Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I was having some shoulder pain for a while. Just took a couple weeks off shoulders.

I work on one bodypart a day. I usually get 4-5 different exercises per bodypart; 3 Sets of 10-12 Reps each. Adds up to about 1 1/2 to 2hrs in gym.

Not getting ready to compete anytime soon. Maybe when I stop all this going to my job and am able to eat, sleep, and train the way I want to, I probably will. It'll be much more fun that way too. Until then, I'm just trying to look good. When you plan on competing?
