There isn't much to do out at this new place we live. So I started body building and working out in my free time since I have not many friends out here.

Its going ok slowly but its fine i'm most definetly more active and i can see the changes to my body already just need to get my gym membership so i can do some weight training how about you are you reaching your goals?
