How I Started:
There isn't much to do out at this new place we live. So I started body building and working out in my free time since I have not many friends out here.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself and energized for the day.

BB Accomplishments:
Gained 20 pounds of muscle in two and a half months. woohoo!!
Its going ok slowly but its fine i'm most definetly more active and i can see the changes to my body already just need to get my gym membership so i can do some weight training

not bad.. just working away... i have a lot to do still before deadline but it isn't a crisis like it is some weeks.. right now trying to figure out the lunch thing...
