When I get increasingly better doing something everyday through hardwork, that makes life much more respectful.
How I Stay Motivated:
I will be eating the same things everyday, and timing them for maximal absorption. Turning the mp3 to some angry rock inspires me to push though workouts.

Kill your delts, the whole muscle too! Military, front raises, seated bent over lateral raises, and side laterals. With a little time your delts will fill out tremendously! Good luck in your show!
