Captain Ahab I wish you success. While I don't know what program you use I want to say that I lost over 50 lb in just 12 weeks on the Body for Life program. It's a 12 week body transformation program that gives great and quick results. I don't know if you've heard of it but I wanted to mention it just in case. I'd like nothing better than to see you achieve your fitness goals. If you would like more info or if there is anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
