Fat mess! I am too ashamed to put my fat face on here! I can't believe I was walking around like that. 190lbs and somewhere over 30% bf. These pictures were the biggest motivation to change.

I'd been using weights for about 6 weeks by this point. I thought I'd progressed more when I saw myself in the mirror but the camera doesn't lie!

Not seen any real progress for a couple of months. I injured my shoulder in an accident in November and I am still unable to use it fully. Shoulder press seems to be the most painful movement but it's also affected other lifts, especially bench press.
