Thanks for your encouragement. I ask a little more from my shoulder each week and it is regaining strength and the pain is subsiding. It's made me appreciate my fitness more.

Yes, it was my rotator cuff. I damaged it in a road accident 2 years ago. Weight training rehabilitated it to the point where I could feel no pain. Then, in November, I slipped on ice and put my arms out to stop me. It felt almost as bad as the original accident. Guess I will be bothered with it for life. Have you had the same?

Thanks for your comment. I'd checked out your profile and was impressed by your own body transformation. I slipped on ice last week so I can't do any upper body workouts for a few weeks. I will have to concentrate on legs and cardio!

Thanks. I don't really do loads on abs. Maybe they just get used a lot when I do all the other lifts!
