It's going well. Pretty quiet, and in the gym 5 days a week. I will be doing new pics in a week to shaow change in the weights only phase before I add in cardio on this 90 day program I am on. Keeping the fingers crossed for differences.
292?! **** man you are a beast! I thought I was doing good at wanting 215. You ever gonna compete at anything ie. bodybuilding or strongman? If you get onstage in a banana-hammock, then I will compete too, this way you aren't up there feeling like a dork alone lol.
How are the workouts coming along? You staying clean and natural? I workout here 5 days a week now. Hitting the weights real heavy plus push-ups and sit-ups in the office 7 days a week. About to add in cardio in about 13 days to finish out this body transormation contest I am in.

I do not really do much cardio. Here is what I recommend. Workout at a fast pace, do lots of supersetting with only a 30 second rest between the two exercises and then hit cardio moderately a few times a week for 20-30 mins. Hope that helps!
Thanks for the comment! All I can say is you gotta eat as intensely as you lift. :) I know it has worked wonders for me as I now hate to eat! LOL!
