one year ago pic 193 lbs ,compare with my pic from this november at 197lbs after i came down from 227 to 216-217( shoulder injury ) and now 197 lbs this november.waist line bigger , flat pectoral in the top , less mass in pectoral too and less arms size around 17 " inches.and more fat % in abs.

this pic i was more heavy but less shape and more fat % .206 lbs,i was here 11lbs less than my 216-217 before my shoulder injury.look my waist line is wide than the other pic.

i did stop trainning 1er week june a shoulder injury of (( 2 months and 3 weeks no trainning and going to the physoterapy )),i did came back training august 27 .i was around 216lbs before the injury.NOW IM 197lbs( 27 august-27 november=3 moths trainning by now ))
